“I would give Kim a 5-star review! Kim was nothing short of amazing as our wedding coordinator! She was so meticulous with details and thought of things we’d never considered! We met a few times prior to the wedding to nail down logistics and our complex day of schedule which included travel and transporting members of our bridal party and family to and from the venue (which Kim provided). She also attended our rehearsal dinner with printed “day of schedules” for the wedding party and family involved so that everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be and when. Kim’s demeanor is perfect for this role- she is happy to round people up and let them know where they need to be all while being calm and collected. When problems were thrown her way, (which is inevitable) Kim was quick to solve them without causing us any additional worry or stress. She worked with our on-site coordinator and vendors seamlessly! I could have never pulled off this event without Kim’s assistance and careful planning both before and during our wedding. She was on duty from 7am to 11pm and did not quit!
