Planning a wedding is a lot to manage alone! You’ll have unlimited access to us via text and phone and this also includes up to 4 hours of planning time before the wedding with a clear timeline for you about when everything needs to be completed!

Your Personal Wedding Concierge

Two Hour rehearsal with your wedding coordinator prior to your wedding ceremony. We’ll come to you, greet your wedding party and VIPs and ensure everyone knows where they belong on the big day! This includes written directions & information for anyone participating in the wedding Ceremony!

We Serve

Day of Coordination to include breakfast set up and breakdown, your own personal day of concierge, custom playlist with bluetooth speakers all set up and clean up in your space. We’ll keep you and your bridal party happy, calm and ensure a stress free environment! We steam your gowns, manage your timeline and ensure everyone is ready for the big event!

Breakfast & Bubbles

We’ll bring the breakfast & the bubbles and set up a spread for all of the guests in the bridal suite to much on throughout the day! This includes a mimosa bar and with juices and water, seltzer and any other beverages as requested!

Seamless Ceremony

We’ll be with you every step of the way! We’ll ensure you and your party are ready to walk down the aisle! We’ll line everyone up, give you all cues and ensure that your ceremony is picture perfect!

Perfect Party

From cocktail hour leading up to your reception we’ll be there to ensure your guests are taken care of and assist with photo opportunities if necessary. As your wedding party is introduced and you enter your Wedding Reception as husband and wife we’ll be there to support and make sure you and your VIPS are comfortable, ensure you are well fed and never thirsty and accommodate every wish or need you or your guests have. Before we head out for the night, we’ll distribute your tips.
